Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By engaging SSM Wedding Films, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service throughout the production lifecycle.
Eligibility
Commissions are accepted globally for private and commercial wedding archives of individuals of legal age.
Booking & Reservation
Retainer Fee
A non-refundable retainer fee is required to block specific dates in our studio calendar. No booking is confirmed without this fee.
Date Protection
Reserved dates are exclusive; once blocked, we decline all other inquiries for the same window.
Creative Sovereignty
Editorial Freedom
SSM Wedding Films maintains final editorial and creative control over the storytelling, color grading, and musical selection.
Quality Control
All deliverables undergo a rigorous internal review to meet our global cinematic standards before being archived for delivery.
Delivery Timelines
Review Window
Highlight films are typically delivered within 60-90 days, with full-length archives following within 4-5 months post-event.
Peak Season Flow
During peak registry windows, timelines may be extended slightly to ensure the integrity of the creative grade.
Payment Terms
Settlement
Final payment must be settled either before or on the morning of the final ceremony. Production for post-processing starts only after full settlement.
Additional Costs
Travel, logistics, and stay beyond the primary venue are to be covered by the client unless part of a bespoke package.
Cancellation Policy
Liquidated Damages
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event forfeit the entire retainer and any spent logistics costs.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to studio availability and may incur a re-blocking fee if the new date was previously declined.
Force Majeure
Unforeseen Events
SSM Wedding Films is not liable for failures due to acts of nature, pandemics, or sudden critical health failure of the primary lead.
Studio Support
In extreme cases, we will provide an equivalent lead cinematographer from our elite network to ensure the story is captured.
Legal Jurisdiction
Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Legal Desk
Comprehensive commission contracts are shared individually with each client upon successful date reservation.
