Only core production staff involved in your specific project have access to raw media assets.

Backup archives are maintained on off-site encrypted drives to prevent data loss or breach.

We utilize Google Firebase for secure data management and Cloudinary for high-speed media hosting.

Transaction details are handled by PCI-compliant third-party gateways; we do not store card credentials.

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold regarding your commission.

Upon project completion, you may request the permanent deletion of your inquiry data from our active CRM.

Clients may opt for a complete Non-Disclosure Agreement for absolute cinematic privacy.

Inquiry data is retained for 24 months to assist with recurring family bookings unless deletion is requested.

Raw footage is typically preserved for 6 months post-delivery; final films are preserved in our cloud legacy for 1 year.
